I remember the realisation that second year is a lot more work than first year well. I almost made myself ill worrying about the exams until I realised how ridiculous it was (and my mum started offering me brandy to calm me down).
Conversely though I did a lot better than I had in first year, I think because my first year was more general (all the lectures were for all students in the department regardless of degree course) whereas second year actually focused on the subjects specific to my degree.
I'm sure you'll be fine and have no problems getting the grades you need for honours.
