PR colourbars

So, I've got essays due for history and economics, I'm doing overtime at work to pay the rent, I've volunteered to go campaigning in Gordon, and my brother's coming to visit next week. I've also got 30 transcripts still to go for the rangerwiki and a ton of fics to finish, not to mention the Narnia icon challenge. Quite clearly, what I need to be doing is making slashy colourbars at two in the morning.
